Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get a new kitchen?
A made‑to‑measure kitchen from us is usually installed 8 to 11 weeks after the first meeting: up to a week for design, 6 to 8 weeks for production and 2 to 3 days for fitting.
How much does a fitted kitchen cost?
We quote every kitchen individually after the measurement and design, because we do not work from a per-metre price list. The price depends mainly on whether you choose furniture from our workshop or a modular kitchen, the number and width of cabinets, the collection and door finish, the worktop, handles, interior fittings and the scope of installation. Appliances are quoted separately. If you are working to a tight budget, ask about the ECO kitchen sets.
Do you only work with Layman kitchens?
No. The site shows example collections from Layman, but we are not tied to one manufacturer. We build made‑to‑measure furniture in our own joinery workshop from boards and materials by Egger, Kronospan, Kronopol and Woodeco. For smaller budgets we offer modular kitchens from Layman, Extom and Forte.
Do you charge for measuring and design?
No. Within 130 km of Jelenia Góra we measure your room, advise you and prepare a simple 3D visualisation of your kitchen free of charge.
Who installs the kitchen?
Our own team delivers and installs every kitchen. We do not use subcontractors.
Can cabinets be made in non-standard sizes?
Yes. Besides the usual 60, 90 and 120 cm widths, we make cabinets to whatever size your room needs.
Which appliances can you build in?
We build in appliances of any brand you choose, such as Bosch, Siemens, Miele, Neff, Samsung or AEG. Appliances are quoted separately.
How can I pay?
Usually by bank transfer. Cash is also accepted in person, at the studio or on delivery and installation.
What warranty do I get?
The furniture carries the manufacturer's warranty. Our installation work has its own warranty.
Do you work in Germany and the Czech Republic?
Yes. Görlitz, Zittau and Liberec are within our 130 km radius, where measuring and 3D design are free. We speak English, Polish and German.
Do you deliver further than 130 km?
Yes, by arrangement. In that case the customer covers the additional transport cost.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes. Doors and worktops can be seen at our studio at Berlińska 40 in Jelenia Góra, by telephone appointment.
Do you also make wardrobes and walk‑in closets?
Yes. Kitchens are our main work, but our workshop also makes fitted wardrobes, walk‑in closets, hallway and bathroom units, furniture for offices and shops, and shelving.
