What makes an English country‑style kitchen

Frame width

Elin has a slim 2.5 cm frame and stays light even in a small kitchen. Navia lets you mix 5 cm framed doors with plain slab doors in one kitchen. Vera comes in two door shapes: Barcelona with a deeper, bolder profile and Malaga with softer edges.

Colours

Elin and Navia each come in seven door colours, Vera in twelve matt shades. Light colours show the frame subtly, while dark ones such as a deep green bring it forward. Samples show how the routing changes between daylight and evening light.

Glazed units, open shelves and glazing bars

With Navia you can plan open shelf units and clear-glass display cabinets, and Vera adds display cabinets with glazing bars in the classic English manner. Balance glass and solid doors around what you want on show. Everyday crockery is better behind solid doors.

Handles and knobs

Framed doors suit knobs, shell pulls and classic handles, and Elin offers all three. Gold, brass or black finishes change the feel of the whole kitchen. Match them to the door colour and the tap at the design stage.

Which room it suits

Country style looks best where the kitchen can be seen from the dining or living area. In a smaller room, choose a light colour and a narrower frame, and keep darker doors for one wall or the island. Measuring shows how much worktop you will have left.
